How We Work
Wherever possible, we recycle items during a clearance rather than sending them to waste. This helps keep costs down, and on many of our Penzance clearances we've recycled over half of everything removed. We're always happy to talk through what can be reused, donated or recycled.
Some properties have accumulated a great deal over many years, and we have experience clearing these with patience and care. Once a clearance is complete, we can offer a full deep clean so the property is left ready. We'll keep you updated throughout, and can send before and after photos if that's helpful. We also accept card payments for your convenience.
